Overview​

In any Taxi or Dispatch system, maintaining transparent and detailed records of financial transactions is critical for Admins, Drivers, and Customers alike. Yelowsoft provides an in-depth Transaction Management module, ensuring every payment action is tracked, categorized, and accessible across platforms.

1️⃣ For Admins – Admin Panel Access​

Admins can manage and review all financial activity through the Payments section on the left-hand menu.

1. Trip Transactions​

  • Each trip generates a separate transaction.
  • Key Details Available:
    • Transaction ID
    • Trip Amount
    • Date & Time
    • Payment Mode (cash, card, wallet, etc.)
    • Transaction Description

Filter Options:

  • Filter transactions by date range
  • Filter by customer/driver

Export Option:

  • Export filtered trip logs for internal use or for sharing with regulatory bodies.

2. Wallet Transactions​

Track all wallet-related activities:

  • Top-ups
  • Bonuses
  • Cancellation charges
  • Manual credits/debits

Admin Capabilities:

  • Top-up or withdraw balances from any customer or driver wallet directly
  • View wallet balance summaries
  • Filter and export wallet transaction data
