The SOS button is a panic alert option available in both customer and driver applications. It is meant to be used in emergency situations when immediate assistance or monitoring is required.

⚙️ How It Works​

SOS Button Visibility​

  • The SOS button is available on the trip screen for both the driver and the passenger once the trip is active.

Triggering an Alert​

  • If the customer or driver feels unsafe or notices any suspicious activity, they can tap the SOS button.
  • This action immediately triggers an emergency alert.

Alert Notifications​

  • Admin Panel: A real-time alert is displayed showing user details, location, and trip ID.
  • Push Notification to Admin: Sends a notification for immediate visibility.
  • Contacts Notified: Predefined emergency contacts of the user or driver are alerted, allowing them to track live location.
