Yelowsoft’s Driver Performance Reporting Module gives admins deep insight into driver behavior, earnings, activity, and accountability. This ensures operational efficiency and allows informed decision-making for performance improvement and driver management.

📈 1. Driver Performance Report​

Admins can track each driver's activity and performance based on selected filters:

Filter Options:

  • Date-wise
  • Specific Driver-wise

Exporting: All performance reports can be exported in Excel/CSV format for offline analysis.

Metrics Available:

  • Total trip requests sent to the driver
  • Number of:
    • Trips Accepted
    • Trips Completed
    • Trips Rejected
    • Trips Cancelled by Driver/Customer/Others

System auto-calculates:

  • Acceptance Ratio
  • Completion Ratio
  • Rejection/Cancellation Ratio

✅ Helps in identifying high-performing drivers and those who may require performance reviews or retraining.

💵 2. Driver Earnings Report​

This section gives a breakdown of driver income across different categories:

Filter Options:

  • Date range
  • Specific driver-wise

Earnings Categories:

  • Trip Earnings: Fares from completed rides
  • Cancellation Earnings: Compensation for rides cancelled by customers
  • TIP Incomes: If applicable

This helps track how and when a driver account was activated:

  • See the activation date and time
  • Know who activated the driver (Admin/Staff)
  • View the role of the person who performed the action

🔐 4. Driver Login/Logout Logs​

Detailed logs help monitor driver system usage:

  • Login & Logout timestamps
  • Date-wise filtering to check specific time frames
  • Online Duration:
    • Know how many hours a driver was active on the app within a given time period (daily/weekly)
