The Customer Report in Yelowsoft provides valuable insight into customer activity, trip patterns, and behavior. This helps admin teams evaluate the quality of ride requests, identify suspicious activity, and take proactive action to maintain operational efficiency and customer trust.

Key Highlights

Admins can use the Customer Report to evaluate performance in a way similar to the driver performance report.

Filter Options (if available):

  • Date range
  • Specific customer

Metrics Tracked

For each customer, the system displays a breakdown of their trip request status:

Total Trips Requested
Example: If a customer made 100 trip requests in the last month.

Trip Status Categories:

  • ✅ Completed Trips – Successfully finished rides.
  • ❌ Cancelled Trips (Customer) – Trips cancelled directly by the customer.
  • 🛑 Other Cancelled Trips (Driver / Admin) – Trips cancelled by the driver or Trips cancelled by the backend/admin team.
  • 🚫 No Driver Available – Trips that couldn't be assigned due to a lack of driver availability.

Admin Use Cases

  • Identify high-value or active customers based on completed bookings.
  • Detect abuse patterns like:
    • Frequent trip cancellations
    • Fake trip requests
  • Take preventive action against suspicious behavior, such as blocking or flagging specific users.
  • Understand customer behavior to better plan marketing efforts, promotions, or retention strategies.

✅ Example: If a customer cancels 90 out of 100 trips in a month, the system will flag this ratio, and the admin can take corrective steps.
