6.1 Productivity Reports – Admin Panel

Yelowsoft’s Productivity Reports module empowers dispatch operators and taxi companies with actionable insights into daily operations, helping improve ride efficiency, driver availability, and customer satisfaction. This feature is accessible directly within the Admin Panel.

🔍 1. Ride History Reports​

Admins can view and filter all historical trip data with the following options:

  • Date Range: Select specific date ranges to analyze trips
  • Booking Source: Filter by the origin of the trip – Admin Booking, Street Pickup, or Customer App
  • Status Filters: Drill down by ride status such as Completed, Cancelled, No Driver
  • Entity Filters: Filter trips by specific Customer or Driver

✅ Export Options​

  • Export reports in Excel or CSV formats
  • Select only the desired data fields for exporting
  • Enables easy offline analysis or internal reporting

✅ Trip Detail View​

  • Access full information of each individual trip in detail from the dedicated Trip Detail Screen

  • View high-demand zones based on real-time trip density
  • Identify specific geographic locations that frequently generate ride requests
  • Use this data to strategically position drivers or promote targeted campaigns

📈 3. Request Analytics​

Gain deeper insights into ride request patterns:

  • View daily and date-wise trip request data
  • Analyze trips that were Completed, Cancelled, or marked as No Driver
  • Understand peak request times and days to better allocate drivers and maximize trip fulfillment

Business Impact: Helps predict future demand and optimize driver availability during high-volume hours, improving customer experience

Graphical reports provide insight into:

  • Trip cancellations by User and Driver
  • Common cancellation reasons
  • Analyze and address behavioral trends
