Overview​

The Vehicle Document Verification feature in Yelowsoft ensures that only legally compliant and verified vehicles are allowed to operate on the platform. It enables the admin to request, verify, and manage essential vehicle-related documents submitted by drivers or fleet operators, ensuring safety, compliance, and transparency in operations.

Admins can review and verify uploaded documents via the admin panel. Admin actions include:

  • Approve or reject uploaded documents
  • Check document expiry dates
  • Download/view documents
  • Leave remarks or request resubmission if unclear

3️⃣ Expiry & Auto Alerts​

  • Automatic notifications are sent to drivers when vehicle documents are about to expire.
  • If a document expires and is not updated:
    • The driver is restricted from going online
    • They are prompted to re-upload valid documents
    • Admin approval is required before resuming operations
  • This ensures only vehicles with valid documentation are allowed to operate, improving safety and compliance.
