13.2 Corporate Pricing – User Manual

Overview​

In Yelowsoft, each corporate client can have individual pricing structures separate from regular customers. This ensures corporate trips follow custom rates defined specifically for that company, enhancing flexibility and meeting contractual agreements.
Corporate pricing can be applied globally to corporate trips or zone-wise for trips starting/ending in specific locations.

Step-by-Step: Setting Up Corporate Pricing​

1. Create a Corporate Account​

  • Navigate to the Corporate Module in the Admin Panel.
  • Click Add Corporate and fill in the required company details.
  • Once created, the new corporate account will appear in the Corporate List.

2. Access Corporate Pricing​

  • From the Corporate List, click on the Corporate Name to open the Corporate Details Screen.
  • On the left-hand menu, click Corporate Pricing.

3. Assign Vehicle Type Pricing​

  • Click the Add button.
  • A list of vehicle types linked to the corporate account will appear.
  • For each vehicle type without pricing assigned, click Assign.
  • Choose from the available Custom Rate or Meter Pricing configurations already created in the system.
  • Save the settings—these prices will apply to corporate trips for that vehicle type.

4. Create Zone-Wise Corporate Pricing​

  • Zones must first be created under Pricing → Zones in the Admin Panel.
  • In the Corporate Pricing section, select the From Zone and To Zone.
  • Define the fare structure for trips between these zones (flat fare, custom rate, or meter rate).
  • Save to apply zone pricing for that corporate account.

5. Copy Zone Pricing (Time-Saving Feature)​

  • If zone pricing already exists for normal trips and you want the same for a corporate client:
    • In the Corporate Pricing section, click Copy Zone Pricing.
    • The system displays a list of existing normal trip zone pricing.
    • Select the ones you want, click to copy, and they will be applied instantly to the corporate account.

How it Works in Real-Time​

  • When a Business Trip is booked under a corporate account:
    • Normal Corporate Pricing applies if no zone rules match.
    • Zone Corporate Pricing applies if the trip matches a defined zone route.
    • These custom corporate rates override normal customer rates.
