Purpose: Motivate drivers to complete more trips and stay active during peak hours by offering structured incentives

The Incentive Program is designed to increase driver availability and performance. Admins can create customized incentive schemes based on time slots, vehicle types, and driver performance metrics to encourage more completed trips, better service quality, and lower cancellation/rejection ratios.

🛠️ Creating an Incentive Program​

Admins can create incentive plans tailored to specific business goals:

1. Reward Type Selection​

  • Cash Wallet: Usable for withdrawals
  • Credit Wallet: Usable for service fees or in-app utility

2. Program Duration​

  • Define start and end dates for the incentive program
  • Can be continuous or time-based
    • Example: Active daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (peak hours)

3. Incentive Interval​

  • Instant: Credited immediately upon meeting criteria
  • Daily: Evaluated and credited at end of day
  • Weekly: Assessed weekly based on cumulative performance

4. Vehicle Type Targeting (OnMove)​

  • Specify eligible vehicle types
    • Example: Incentives only for sedan or minivan drivers

5. Driver Eligibility​

  • All Drivers
  • Specific Drivers
  • Manually Selected Drivers

6. Performance Targets​

Set measurable performance criteria:

  • Earnings Target: e.g., $100/day
  • Trip Target: e.g., 10 trips/day
  • Rejection Ratio: e.g., <20%
  • Cancellation Ratio: e.g., <10%

Multiple rules can be combined to create a balanced incentive structure.

  • Plan Setup:

    • Target: Complete ≥10 trips, Rejection <20%, Cancellation <10%

    • Redemption Interval: Instant

Once conditions are met, the system automatically credits $100 to the driver’s wallet.
