1. Signup Rewardsβ

2. Ride-Based Rewardsβ
Customers earn reward points when they complete rides. Two calculation methods are available:

- Points Based on Spend Amount
- Reward points are calculated based on the trip fare.

- Example: Users must have at least 350 points before redeeming.

- Manual Redemption: Customer manually requests to redeem points.
- Auto-Redemption: System automatically transfers eligible points into wallet cash once the threshold is met.
Auto-redeem ensures users don't lose points if the program ends before manual redemption, maintaining satisfaction and program effectiveness.
