Yelowsoft offers a powerful marketing feature called Promo Code, designed to increase customer engagement and boost trip volume. Administrators can create customized promotional campaigns based on several conditions and usage rules to drive more rides on the platform.

🛠️ Key Promo Code Configuration Options​

  • Minimum Trip Amount: Define the minimum fare required to apply the promo code.
  • Usage Limit Per Customer: Control how many times an individual customer can use the promo code (e.g., once, twice).
  • Promo Code Validity Period: Set start and end dates for when the promo code is active.
  • Applicable Vehicle Types: Choose which vehicle categories (e.g., sedan, SUV) the promo code applies to.
  • Location-Based Restrictions: Apply promo codes only to trips that originate from specific pickup locations.
  • Limited Audience Promotion: Restrict the promo code to:
    • A fixed number of users (e.g., first 100 users)
    • Specific user accounts only
  • Type of Promo Code:
    • Public Promo Code: Visible to all users in the app under promotions/offers. Any eligible user can apply it.
    • Voucher-Based Promo Code: Hidden from general users. Only users with the voucher code can apply it—ideal for targeted or loyalty campaigns.
  • Discount Structure: Define whether the discount is:
    • A fixed amount (e.g., ₹50 off)
    • A percentage of the total fare (e.g., 10% off)

✅ How to Use​

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Marketing → Promo Codes
  2. Click Create Promo Code
  3. Fill in all required configuration fields
  4. Choose the promo type (public or voucher)
  5. Save and publish the promo code
