5.4 Referral Program – User Manual

Purpose: Attract more users through referral incentives, growing the platform organically

🔧 How to Set It Up​

Admin can create separate referral programs for:

  • Customers
  • Drivers

Each user receives a unique referral code to share with others.

👥 Customer Referral Program​

  • Customers refer other customers using their referral code.
  • When the referred customer signs up and completes their first trip:
    • Both referrer and referee receive fixed cashback
    • Rewards are automatically credited to the customer’s wallet as defined by the admin

🚖 Driver Referral Program​

  • Drivers can refer other drivers to join the platform.
  • Once the new driver is onboarded and verified:
    • Both referring and referred drivers receive fixed cashback

🛠 Admin Configurations​

From the Yelowsoft Admin Panel, the admin can:

  • Enable/Disable referral programs for drivers and/or customers
