11. Customer / Passenger Management

This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough on managing customer data effectively.

Start by accessing the Resource Menu under customer options.

This allows the admin to create customers and view a list of all customers registered under the company.

Filtering and Searching Customer Data

Step 1: Filter the data based on active and inactive customers.

Apply additional filters to see the number of active customers and based on their verification status.

Step 2: Apply additional filters like data based on the registration date.

Exporting and Creating Customer Data

Start by exporting customer data.

Step 1: Export customer data.

Create data for customers by clicking on New.

Step 2: Click on New.

Upload the customer account.

Step 3: Upload the customer account.

Create a customer account under the company by clicking on Create.

Step 4: Click on Create.

Viewing and Verifying Customer Details

View detailed customer information by clicking on the customer.

Step 1: Click on the customer.

Step 2: Verify the customer account by clicking on Verify Now button.

Uploading Documents and Adding Additional Details

Upload documents for specific customers.

Step 1: Upload documents.

Upload the document under the customer account by clicking on Submit.

Step 2: Click on Submit.

Add additional details for customers by clicking on Add.

Step 3: Click on Add.

Managing Referrals and Dues

View customer referrals using the referral feature.

Step 1: Allow the admin to view customer referrals, providing insights into the number of customers referred by each individual.

Step 2: Please incorporate a "Dues" section where the admin can add outstanding balances for passengers, including charges for specific trips or cancellation fees.

Managing Locations

Manage customer locations by clicking on the Add Location button.

When customers log in, the location entered in the map appears in the listing.

Inactivating Customer Accounts

Inactivate a customer account by clicking on the status option.
