10. Wallet Management
This tutorial provides detailed steps on managing and reviewing customer and driver transactions.
Step 1: Click on Payment Options to view transactions.
Step 2: Monitor customer and driver transactions and review the complete list of all recorded transactions.
Step 3: Review the list for detailed information, including the date and time of each transaction and the payment method used.
Step 4: Review the transaction entry and click on the transaction number for further details.
Step 5: Examine the customer's or driver's details and verify both the previous and current balances following the transaction.
Step 11: Determine the purpose of each transaction and review all related details on the transaction details screen.
Viewing Driver Transactions
Step 1: Admins can review transactions conducted by drivers, including withdrawals from the wallet, transfers from cash to the credit wallet, deposits into the wallet, trip transactions, and other related activities.
Filtering Transactions
Step 1: Admins can filter transactions using various criteria, including date, transaction type, and status.
Step 2: Admins can export transactions in Excel format based on the applied filters.
Using the Top-Up Feature
Step 1: Utilize the TOPUP feature to add funds to both Driver and User wallets. Additionally, failed transactions will be displayed here, allowing the admin to approve or reject them.
Step 2: Filter data by customer & Filter data by date
Step 3: Top up a specific customer's balance by searching for the customer's name or number.
Step 4: Select the top-up amount based on the payment mode received from the customer.
Step 5: Select the transaction type based on the reason for the top-up.
Topping Up Driver's Balance
Step 1: Apply the same process for drivers which applies to customers, Top up a driver's balance.
Step 2: Search for the driver's details, and Select the payment mode received from the driver.
Step 3: Decide whether to add the balance to the driver's cash or credit wallet.
Step 4: Select the transaction type.
Step 5: Click Submit to top up the balance in the driver's wallet.
Managing Withdrawal Requests
Step 1: Review withdrawal requests in a list. If a driver tries to withdraw their balance and the transaction fails, it will appear in this list.
Step 2: Admins can able to withdraw balances from customer or driver accounts by clicking on Withdraw button.
Step 4: Filter data by driver, and data by date.
Checking Wallet Balances
Step 1: The Balance Option displays a list of all customer data, including account details and wallet balances.
Step 2: Admins can able to filter wallet balances in ascending or descending order. The highest and lowest balances appear in the wallet. Also, Admin can able to export this data.
