17. Setting Up and Using Fresh Desk Ticketing System

Discover how to set up a ticketing account on Flash Desk. When onboarding with YelowSoft, an account will be set up on Fresh Desk and you will receive an activation email from Fresh desk on the provided email address.

Click on the activation link in the email.

This redirects to the set password screen.

Step 1: Set up a password for logging into the system. After setting up the password, redirection to the ticketing system occurs.

Step 2: Create tickets by clicking on New Support Ticket.

This action opens a form to create a ticket.

Step 3: Fill in the required details, such as the concern, for example, setting a price.

Step 4: Attach a description at the bottom of the form.

Step 5: If necessary, attach any files by clicking on Attach File.

Step 6: Click on Submit to generate the ticket.

After submitting, it's possible to track the ticket. Click on Ticketing to view the number of tickets created and their respective processes.

Clicking on a specific ticket reveals more details.

Technical support responds within 24 working hours, providing an expected resolution date. This is how to create a ticket using a Flash Desk account.
