The Corporate Module in Yelowsoft is designed to streamline ride management for corporate clients, especially large organizations where employees frequently travel for business purposes. It replaces manual processes like reimbursements, trip tracking via spreadsheets, and invoicing with a fully automated, centralized solution.
In Yelowsoft, each corporate client can have individual pricing structures separate from regular customers. This ensures corporate trips follow custom rates defined specifically for that company, enhancing flexibility and meeting contractual agreements. Corporate pricing can be applied globally to corporate trips or zone-wise for trips starting/ending in specific locations.
In many corporate organizations, the owner or main administrator is not directly involved in managing every trip or employee request. Instead, they delegate these responsibilities to Authorizers—trusted personnel who can approve trips, manage employees, and ensure smooth corporate travel operations. Yelowsoft’s Corporate Authorizer feature allows corporate accounts to appoint and manage such representatives with specific access rights.
The Corporate Budgeting feature in Yelowsoft allows taxi and dispatch companies to place limits on the number of trips or total spend a corporate client (or its employees) can incur within a specific period. This is particularly useful for companies with agreed trip limits or expense caps during corporate onboarding.
The Corporate Collection Module is designed to simplify payment management between companies and corporate clients. It enables corporates to pay an advance amount based on projected trips, which the system automatically adjusts against future invoices.
