9.3 Driver

This tutorial demonstrates how to utilize the system's features to evaluate driver performance based on past actions.

Driver Performance Analysis

Step 1: Click on the reports menu located on the left side of the sidebar.

Step 2: Navigate to the drivers category, the third category in the list.

Step 3: Select the driver performance option.

Step 4: Filter the data based on date, such as the past 30 days, to view the actions performed by the drivers.

Step 5: Filter the data based on individual drivers.

Step 6: Observe the performance screen. It displays the number of trip requests received by the driver in the last 30 days.

Step 7: Note the number of trips completed by the driver and the number of trips cancelled or rejected.

Step 8: Based on the acceptance, cancellation, and rejection ratios, the system generates a performance ratio for each driver.

Driver Earnings

Step 1: View the driver's earnings to see the details of the driver's income.

Step 2: Check the amount received as cash and the amount credited to the driver's wallet based on completed trips.

Driver Activation

Step 1: Select the driver activation option.

Step 2: Filter the data to see how many drivers have been activated in the last 30 days and their information.

Step 3: Check who activated the drivers and their roles.

Step 4: Note the date and time when the driver was activated by the system.

Driver Logs

Step 1: The final option is driver logs. Here, filter the data based on individual drivers and date and time.

Step 2: Filter the data for login, logout, online, and offline statuses.

Step 3: View the report to see when the driver logged out and logged back into the system.

Step 4: Check the online and offline logs to see when the driver went online and offline.

These features offer valuable insights into driver performance, assisting administrators in taking necessary actions to enhance performance and system stability.
