6.2 Kiosk Dispatch Management

This guide explains how to set up a kiosk account, which is particularly useful in locations such as airports. The kiosk system allows visitors from different countries to make bookings easily, even if they're unfamiliar with the current dispatch company in the market.

The guide also covers how to configure the token admin for the kiosk, enabling customers to generate trip requests and receive tokens. Drivers can then access all necessary trip information. Additionally, the guide details how to set up location groups and vehicle types, and how to define the pickup location for the kiosk account.

Start by accessing the kiosk option:

Step 1: Click on the Manage menu over the disk.

Step 2: Click the Dispatch option to reveal the kiosk option on the left menu.

To set up the kiosk account:

When generating a trip request:

Step 6: Enable the customer data required config if the system needs to ask for customer details.

To enter data or locations:

Step 7: Use the locations group to store multiple locations under one group. This makes it easier for customers to make bookings.

Step 8: Click the Update button to define the number of vehicle types available for the kiosk.

To set up the pickup location for the kiosk account:

Step 9: Click on the Upgrade button.

Step 10: Enter the pickup location of the kiosk account in the Select Area options. Suggestions will appear.

To create the kiosk account:

Step 11: Select the location and the pin will be dropped on the map.
