3.4 Driver Subscription Module
Dive into the exploration of the Driver Subscription module with this guide. This module facilitates the management of various driver application settings.
Begin with the navigation to the module:
Step 1: Select the Settings option.
Step 2: On the left side of the menu, choose the Extensions option.
Step 3: In the list of extensions, find and select the Driver Subscription module.
After selecting the module, the Driver Subscription configurations will appear.
These configurations govern several aspects of the driver applications:
Step 1: The first configuration is the Driver Bank Information. If enabled, drivers will encounter a bank information screen during registration. If disabled, this screen won't show up.
Step 2: The second configuration is the Required Minimum Balance for Ride Request. This sets the minimum balance a driver needs to go online. For instance, if the value is $400, drivers can't go online if their wallet balance is below this amount. They'll need to top up their wallet to go online again.
Step 3: The third configuration is the Minimum Top Up Balance. This is the least amount drivers must input when topping up their wallets.
Step 4: The fourth configuration is the Minimum Withdrawal Balance. This is the least amount drivers must input when withdrawing from their wallet.
Step 5: The final configuration is the Driver Bank Information for Admin. If enabled, the company can input certain information for the drivers from the admin panel during registration. If disabled, this information won't be visible in the driver detail screen.
After adjusting these configurations, proceed to update the data, click on the Submit to update the data for the company.
If the Driver Subscription module is disabled, drivers won't have to top up or withdraw, and there won't be any restrictions on going online due to minimum balance requirements.
