12.2 Referral Code

This tutorial guides through the process of creating a referral program.

Step 1: Click on the Resources option in the menu. Locate and select the Promotion option.

Step 2: This leads to the promotion screens. On the left side of the menu, find the Referral Program option.

Step 3: Click on this option to initiate the creation of a referral program.

Setting Up Referral Program

Step 1: Admins have the authority to establish a referral program for users & Drivers.

Step 2: Admins also can define the referral title and set an expiry time for the referral.

Referral Policy

Step 1: The referral policy permits admins to set a limit on how many times a single user can refer and benefit from the referral policy.

Step 2: For instance, if the limit is set to ten, a single user can refer up to ten different users.

Step 3: Admins can also decide who will receive the referral amount, whether it's the person making the referral.

Step 4: Or the person using the referral code.

Step 5: Or both parties.

Referral Conditions

Step 1: The referral conditions are where admins can define the value.

Step 2: If the referral user policy is set to a specific mode, admins can enter the reward amounts for both the referrer and the user who used the promo code.

Step 3: If the policy is set to reward only the referrer, admins only need to enter the reward amount for the referrer.

Step 4: If the policy is set to reward only the user who used the promo code, admins only need to enter the reward amount for that user.

Step 5: If the policy is set to reward both parties, admins need to enter the reward amounts for both the referrer and the user who used the promo code.

Terms and Conditions

Step 1: At the bottom of the page, admins can define the terms and conditions for the referral program.

Activation and Deletion

Once the referral program is created, it will be inactive by default.

Step 1: Admins can activate the referral program by clicking on the inactive status.

Step 2: Admins also have the option to delete the referral program or view the details of the referral program.
