12.3 Reward Program

This guide explains how to set up customer reward programs.

Step 1: Navigate to the Promotion option under the Resources menu.

Step 2: Find Reward Programs on the left side of the menu.

Step 3: As an admin, click on Create Reward Program to start creating a reward program for customers.

Step 5: Define the earning rules for customers. There are two styles of earning:

Step 6: Choose the X Points style. Here, customers receive a fixed point on every trip, regardless of the trip amount.

Step 7: Alternatively, you may opt for the "X points for Y spent" reward structure. Define the amount required to earn one point. For instance, if the program is set so that $50 spent earns 10 points, and a customer completes a trip with a final fare of $100, they will earn 20 points in their rewards wallet.

Step 8: Set up the spending rules. Define the value of each point. For example, ten points could be equal to five dollars. If a customer wants to withdraw 20 points, they receive ten dollars in their wallet.

Step 9: Define the minimum redemption point. This is the minimum number of points a customer needs to convert points into actual money. Also, set up the auto-redeem option.

Step 10: If the auto-redeem option is disabled, customers must manually redeem points. If enabled, the system automatically redeems points when customers reach the minimum redeem point. The redeemed amount is credited to the customer's wallet.

Step 11: Set up the terms and conditions for the reward program. This gives customers an understanding of the program's rules.

Step 12: Click on Create Reward Program to finalize the program.

Step 13: To activate the program, click on Activate Now.

Step 14: Define the expiry time of the reward program to activate the program.

Following these steps, you'll successfully create a reward program for customers.
