9.2 Account

Explore the reporting structures in the accounting category. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the process.

Start by clicking on the Report menu located on the top bar on the left side of the menu.

Step 1: Navigate to the Accounts category.

Here, multiple options are available.

Step 2: Click on Revenue Information.

This section captures the company's growth and revenue. It provides a detailed company earnings breakdown, including monthly commissions.

The revenue is divided into commission, cancellation charges for drivers and customers, and acceptance charges from the driver side.

This information is filtered by the system, generating monthly data. Any set charges are calculated here.

Step 3: Check Pending Payments.

This section is for customers who may have issues making payments at the end of a trip. These dues are listed here, where the admin can clear them or send reminders to customers.

Step 4: Review the Subscription Report.

This report shows how many drivers have purchased subscriptions and their respective plans.

Clicking on the active subscription count reveals a list of drivers. Also, clicking on a driver will reveal the expiration date of their subscription plan.

Step 5: Analyze the App Statistics.

This section provides monthly data on driver and user registrations and activity.

Step 6: Examine Trip Statistics.

This section provides updates on completed trips, cancellations, and average trip amounts. It also generates year-wise reports to track company growth.

This accounting information is crucial for understanding the company's growth and planning necessary actions for system upgradation.
