2.4 Schedule Bookings

Learn how to configure the scheduled booking management system in this step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Click on the Setting button and Select the Extension option from the left side menu.

Step 2: Choose the Schedule option and Click on the Setting in this module.

Step 3: Here, you'll find a list of configurations for the schedule. The admin can set the minimum and maximum schedule booking minutes for customers.

Step 4: Set the Maximum Schedule Time and Define the Time Limitations for scheduling.

Step 5: Decide whether to send push notifications to drivers. If enabled, determine the timing for sending push notifications for scheduled Trips.

Step 6: Enable the Push Notification Config and Set the Notification Timing.

Step 7: Set up booking reminders for customers to send reminders to customers.

Step 8: Set up a time for travel to start before the actual trip time.

Step 9: Set up a Broadcast Trip. If enabled, decide the timing for delivering schedule trip reminders to the driver.

Step 10: Choose the Schedule Trip Reminder option and Select Before or After.

Step 11: If Before is selected, the system will seek confirmation from the driver before the scheduled trip time.

Step 12: Set the Confirmation Time when the system will take confirmation from the driver.

Step 13: At the bottom, enable the Driver Confirmation Config. If enabled, the driver can accept or reject trip requests which are assigned by Admin.

Step 14: The last option is a Visible Trip Within the Pickup Radius. If enabled, only drivers near the pickup radius will see scheduled trips.

Step 15: After updating all configurations, click on the Submit to save changes. These configurations will apply to all future trips.
