2.2 Trip Management

This guide explains how to navigate the trip management feature, providing insights into daily generated trips, trip status, driver and customer information, route details, price calculations, and trip logs.

Step 1: Click on the Rides options to view the daily generated trips.

Step 2: Observe the list of trips. Data is filtered by different statuses & resets daily.

Step 3: Click on the Completed Trip Status, it allows administrators to view detailed trip data.

Step 5: Furthermore, the system displays details such as the trip creator, customer information, and the assigned driver for the trip.

Route Details

Step 1: To view the route taken by the driver, scroll on the map.

Step 2: Click on the Informative Button to see detailed price calculations, the distance covered by the driver, and the timing for the trip.

Trip Logs

Step 1: If you want to see detailed trip logs, click on the Trip Logs option.

Step 2: Here, find data about when the trip was generated, how far the driver was from the pickup location when the driver arrived, and when the trip was completed.

This trip management flow provides all necessary information about each trip, from generation to completion.
